Register over e-cigaretter
Fabrikanter og importører af elektroniske cigaretter, der markedsføres i Danmark, skal anmelde produkterne til Erhvervsstyrelsen (tidligere Sikkerhedsstyrelsen.)
Produkter, der ikke er anmeldt til Erhvervsstyrelsen, må ikke markedsføres her i landet.
Erhvervsstyrelsen offentliggør et register med oplysninger om de anmeldte produkter. Registeret opdateres løbende
Et produkt anses først for korrekt anmeldt og må markedsføres, når Erhvervsstyrelsen har bekræftet, at der er foretaget korrekt anmeldelse. Bekræftelse af korrekt anmeldelse betyder dog ikke, at produktet nødvendigvis overholder alle lovkrav.
Erhvervsstyrelsen gør opmærksom på, at fabrikanter og importører til enhver tid er ansvarlige for, at deres produkter overholder kravene i lov om elektroniske cigaretter m.v. og tilhørende bekendtgørelser.
