List of registered e-cigarette products

Manufacturers and importers of electronic cigarettes marketed in Denmark are required to submit a notification of such products to the Danish Business Authority (formerly the Danish Safety Technology Authority).

Electronic cigarettes that have not been notified to the Danish Business Authority may not be marketed in Denmark.

The Danish Business Authority publishes a register containing information on the notified products. The register is updated on an ongoing basis.

A product is only considered to be correctly notified and may only be marketed once the Danish Business Authority has confirmed that a correct notification has been submitted. However, confirmation of a correct notification does not necessarily mean that the product complies with all legal requirements.

The Danish Business Authority emphasises that manufacturers and importers are at all times responsible for ensuring that their products comply with the requirements of the Danish Act on Electronic Cigarettes, etc., and the related executive orders.
