Tobaksregister
Fabrikanter og importører af tobaksvarer, der markedsføres i Danmark, skal indberette produkterne til Erhvervsstyrelsen (tidligere Sikkerhedsstyrelsen.)
Produkter, der ikke er indberettet til Erhvervsstyrelsen, må ikke markedsføres i Danmark.
Erhvervsstyrelsen offentliggør et register med oplysninger om de indberettede produkter. Registeret opdateres løbende
Når et produkt er indberettet, kan det markedsføres i Danmark, men det betyder ikke, at produktet nødvendigvis overholder alle lovkrav.
Erhvervsstyrelsen gør opmærksom på, at fabrikanter og importører til enhver tid er ansvarlige for, at deres produkter overholder kravene i lov om tobaksvarer m.v. og tilhørende bekendtgørelser.
