Websites selling alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, tobacco surrogates, herbal smoking products, electronic cigarettes, and refill containers with or without nicotine are subject to regulatory oversight. The effectiveness of their age verification systems is assessed to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

The authorisation entitles the company to carry out demolition of materials containing asbestos indoors and outdoors.
The authorisation is required from January 1st, 2025.
