This is a translation of the Executive Order. In any case of misinterpretation between the translated version and the Danish version, the Danish version has legal force.

Pursuant to § 5 (1) (1) and § 5 (2), § 7 (3), § 29 (1) and (2), § 31 (1) and (2), § 34 (2) and § 39 of Act No. 525 of 29 April 2015 on the safety of electrical plants, electrical installations and electrical equipment (the Electricity Safety Act), the present Executive Order is hereby issued under the authority granted under § 5 (1) and (2) of Executive Order No. 545 of 29 May 2017 on the delegation of powers to the Danish Safety Technology Authority:

Requirements for labelling and health warnings for tobacco products

New Danish gas legislation has come into force from from 21 April 2018. It implements the EU Gas Appliance Directive.

Pursuant to section 20 (3), no. 1-4, in Act No. 401 of 28 April 2014 on the Authorisation of Electrical, Plumbing and Sewerage Installation Companies, the following is determined by order, pursuant to Section 4, no. 13, in Executive Order no. 545 of 29 May 2017 on the delegation of powers to the Danish Safety Technology Authority.
