The regulations on storing and manufacturing fireworks are set out in Executive Order No 1798 from 9 September, 2021, on fireworks and other pyrotechnic articles.

Companies or people that manufacture or import fireworks or other pyrotechnic articles must be approved by the Danish Safety Technology Authority.
