An authorisation entitles a company to carry out and repair sewage installations and drainage works in soil including penetration of floors, foundation or outer wall against soil and the related sewage pipes.

The authorisation entitles the company to carry out heavy current electrical installations and installation of non-heavy current control and regulation systems used to control heavy current functions and the servicing of these installations and systems.

Act no. 401 of 28 April 2014 on the Authorisation of Electrical, Plumbing and Sewerage Installation Companies is hereby promulgated, with the amendments that follow from Section 44 of Act no. 525 of 29 April 2015 and Section 34 of Act no. 61 of 30 January 2018.

Pursuant to Section 5 (1), no 1, and Section 34 (2) of Act no. 525 of 29 April 2015 on the Safety of Electrical Plant, Electrical Installations and Electrical Equipment (the Electrical Safety Act) the following is determined with authorisation in accordance with Section 5, nos. 1 and 12, in Consolidation Act no. 545 of 29 May 2017 on delegation of powers to the Danish Safety Technology Authority.
