The authorisation entitles the company to carry out demolition of materials containing asbestos indoors and outdoors.
The authorisation is required from January 1st, 2025.

This is a translation of the Executive Order on Safety in connection with the Construction of Electrical Plants. In any case of misinterpretation between the translated version and the Danish version, the Danish version has legal force.

In pursuance of Section 5(1)(i), Section 5(2), Section 7(3), Section 31(1)-(2), Section 34(2) and Section 39 of the Danish Act No. 525 of 29 April 2015 on the Safety of Electrical Plants, Electrical Installations and Electrical Equipment (the Electrical Safety Act), the following is laid down:

Danish legislation requires tattooing establishments in Denmark to register at the Danish Safety Technology Authority. The rules also mean that tattoo artists working in the establishment have to be registered as well.
From 1 July 2021 cosmetic tattoo establishments making permanent makeup are required to register as well. The same requirements about hygiene etc. apply to all tattoo establishments.
