This is a translation of the Executive Order on Safety in connection with the Construction of Electrical Plants. In any case of misinterpretation between the translated version and the Danish version, the Danish version has legal force.

In pursuance of Section 5(1)(i), Section 5(2), Section 7(3), Section 31(1)-(2), Section 34(2) and Section 39 of the Danish Act No. 525 of 29 April 2015 on the Safety of Electrical Plants, Electrical Installations and Electrical Equipment (the Electrical Safety Act), the following is laid down:

Electrical Equipment is a part of the Executive Order no. 2516 of 14/12/2021 (In force) that covers electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits.
