If you are a business operator, you may be requested to submit documentation confirming that your age verification procedures are effective.

You may submit, for example:

a certificate from your provider.
an invoice for the setup of age verification, as well as the most recent invoice for the purchase of age verification checks.
a screenshot from your website´s back-end showing both the first and most recent age verification.

Below are examples of what may constitute valid documentation, such as certificates, invoices for installation, invoices for ongoing maintenance of the chosen solution, or screenshots from your back-end system.
