If you manufacture, store or market e-cigarettes or refill containers with or without nicotine in Denmark, you must be registered with the Danish Safety Technology Authority. You must register your company and the individual e-cigarette places.

No later than April 1st of each year, an annual reporting must be made through the EU CEG (Common Entry Gate).
You should be aware that data for the current year must be submitted as a supplement to any previously submitted data. Please ensure that data submitted for previous years remain visible.

The Danish Safety Technology Authority regularly updates the list of all registered products. It makes it possible to see if your products are legal to sell.

The Danish Safety Technology Authority controls the sale of explosives precursors in Denmark. The rules in this area are contained in an EU regulation on the marketing and use of explosives precursors, which applies from 1 February 2021.
