Pursuant to § 5 (1) (1) and § 5 (2), § 7 (3), § 29 (1) and (2), § 31 (1) and (2), § 34 (2) and § 39 of Act No. 525 of 29 April 2015 on the safety of electrical plants, electrical installations and electrical equipment (the Electricity Safety Act), the present Executive Order is hereby issued under the authority granted under § 5 (1) and (2) of Executive Order No. 545 of 29 May 2017 on the delegation of powers to the Danish Safety Technology Authority:

In any case of misinterpretation between the translated version and the Danish version, the Danish version has legal force.
