Act no. 401 of 28 April 2014 on the Authorisation of Electrical, Plumbing and Sewerage Installation Companies is hereby promulgated, with the amendments that follow from Section 44 of Act no. 525 of 29 April 2015 and Section 34 of Act no. 61 of 30 January 2018.

Pursuant to Section 5 (1), no 1, and Section 34 (2) of Act no. 525 of 29 April 2015 on the Safety of Electrical Plant, Electrical Installations and Electrical Equipment (the Electrical Safety Act) the following is determined with authorisation in accordance with Section 5, nos. 1 and 12, in Consolidation Act no. 545 of 29 May 2017 on delegation of powers to the Danish Safety Technology Authority.

No later than April 1st of each year, an annual reporting must be made through the EU CEG (Common Entry Gate).
You should be aware that data for the current year must be submitted as a supplement to any previously submitted data. Please ensure that data submitted for previous years remain visible.

The Danish Safety Technology Authority regularly updates the list of all registered products. It makes it possible to see if your products are legal to sell.

The Danish Safety Technology Authority controls the sale of explosives precursors in Denmark. The rules in this area are contained in an EU regulation on the marketing and use of explosives precursors, which applies from 1 February 2021.
