Purpose and legal basis

The Danish Safety Technology Authority processes your personal data in order to conduct the inspection of your website.

Your information is processed with the legal basis in § 19 in the law of electronic cigarettes, etc.

Categories of personal data and origin

The Danish Safety Technology Authority processes general data about you such as your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number, which originates from your website.

Your personal data is crucial in order to identify you.

Storage of your information

The Danish Safety Technology Authority is not able in advance to determine how long we will store your information, but the duration will depend on the needs of the authority in regards to the specific action required.

The Danish Safety Technology Authority stores your personal data in compliance with archiving legislation.

Your rights

The Danish Safety Technology Authority must also inform you that, under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of your personal data.

These rights are:
